Founded by Lindsey Wagner, Moxie brings experience in employment law and a neutral approach to workplace disputes that need an independent process.
Our mission
We help parties address workplace disputes through a structured, impartial process. In mediation, we help parties explore their options and work toward an agreement they choose. In arbitration, we hear each side, consider the evidence, and issue a decision.
When to turn to Moxie
It may be time to bring in a neutral when conversations have stalled, internal efforts have run their course, or the parties need a formal decision. Moxie works with parties and their counsel to discuss the process, timing, and what each side can expect.
