The Experience Behind The Practice
With over 17 years of experience in employment law, Lindsey brings a litigation-informed perspective to her work as a mediator and arbitrator. Having handled workplace disputes across multiple jurisdictions, she understands the legal, strategic, and practical factors that shape how these matters are resolved.
She has completed mediation training through Harvard Law School’s Executive Program on Negotiation and is certified as a Florida Circuit Civil mediator.

Fee Schedule For Our Services: Straightforward Pricing
Full-Day Mediation (10 hrs)
$5,500.00*
Remote or In-Person Mediation Services.
Ten (10) hours, including pre-mediation phone call, review, and preparation time.
Additional time beyond 10 hrs: $550/hour
Half-Day Mediation (5hrs)
$3,000.00*
Remote or In-Person Mediation Services.
Five (5) hours, including pre-mediation phone call, review, and preparation time.
Additional time beyond 5 hrs. $600/hour
Complex, Class Action, or Multi-Party (+4) Mediation
$6,500.00*
Remote or In-Person Mediation Services.
Ten (10) hours, inclusive of pre-mediation phone call, review, and preparation time.
Additional time beyond 10 hrs. $650/hour
*Whether travel costs are included is dependent on the location of the mediation. Fees are split equally between the parties unless per agreement.
